管式辐射加热钢丝热处理炉以钢管作为加热元件对钢丝进行辐射加热,通过与其他炉型对比,介绍辐射加热炉的结构、能源消耗、环保等方面的特点。辐射加热炉炉管温度控制精度为±1℃,在走线速度均匀的情况下,钢丝各点的受热均匀,钢丝通条性能一致。

Compared with other type furnaces, characteristics such as structure, energy consumption, environment protection are introduced. Controlling precision of temperature of radiation heat treatment furnace is ±1℃. On condition of even speed, each point of steel wire is heated uniformly and mechanical property is consistent on the whole.
