Aiming at the characteristics similar to water coal gas medium, in view of actual need of compressor integral device, a feasible combined equipment of air cooler and separator is developed. Its key structural design and thermal calculation is set forth, and comparing with the structure and performance of old one, its advantage is analyzed.
