摘要
论述了延长精炼电炉捣打料炉衬寿命的问题。实践证明:炉衬的蚀损主要以高温侵蚀为主,而通过调整炉壳与极心圆直径,降低极心圆功率密度,降低电极的下限高度,能够达到延长炉衬寿命的目的,从而使电炉取得较好的技术经济指标。
It discusses how to prolong life of refinery furnace liner with ramming material. It provides that high temperature is the main factor of corrosion liner. Better economic indexes are acquired by means of readjusting shell and electrode circle diameter, reducing electrode circle power density as well as electrode low limit height to prolong liner's life.
