探讨了环氧树脂与煤焦沥青配合比例、固化剂、玻璃鳞片的规格与用量、惰性填料与触变剂等因素对涂层力学性能、耐磨性、防腐性和施工性能的影响,通过试验得到了各种合适的配比,既提高涂层性能,又降低成本。

The article has discussed the influence of the factors, such as mixture ratio of epoxy resin and coal - tar pitch, curing agent, specification and amount of glass - flake, inactive filler and thixotropic agent upon mechanical property, abrasive resistance, corrosion protection and application property of coating. Through experiments, a proper formulation is obtained so as to improve the property of coating and reduce the cost.
