摘要
介绍了利用MESSAGE动态线性规划模型分析浙江电源系统的实例。考虑能源资源的可获得性和环境保护要求等,以系统总成本最小化为优化目标函数,该模型分别预测3个电源发展方案下浙江电源结构的变化趋势及电力供应方式,评估了SO2排放总量控制要求和制定可再生能源发展目标的影响作用。
In this paper, MESSAGE was applied to optimize Zhejiang power system as a study case. Considering the availability of energy resources and requirements of environmental protection, the tendency and power supply modes were forecasted for three scenarios of power development, according to objective function of minimizing total cost. And impacts of total SO2 emission control and the targets of renewable development were also estimated by this model.
