摘要 随着太阳电池制造技术的不断进步,市场上出现了一批电容远大于常规电池的高效太阳电池,传统的窄脉冲单闪测试仪已经不能适应这些电池的测试要求。通过实验和模拟研究了电容效应对该类电池测试的影响,并提出了较好的解决方法。 With the development of solar industry, a number of new, high efficiency, high capacitance silicon solar cells appeared, The traditional simulator with a signal-flash short time light pulse can not test them accurately. This work studied the influence of capacitance effect on the characterization of high efficiency high-capacitance solar cells by experiments and simulations, Preferable resolvent was provided at the end of the paper.
