2-亚丁基环戊酮的选择加氢反应研究

Study of the Selective Hydrogenation of 2-Butylene Cyclopentanone Catalyzed by Ultrafine NiB Amorphous

本文主要研究了2-亚丁基环戊酮在超细非晶态NiB催化下的选择加氢反应条件以及反应动力学。研究表明乙醇为溶剂,常压下2-亚丁基环戊酮的选择催化氢化反应为一级反应级,80℃下准一级反应的速率常数k=4.2×10-3min-1。另外,还考察了温度、催化剂用量及溶剂对反应速率的影响。该反应表观活化能Ea=19.0kJ/mol。

Selective hydrogenation of 2-butylenecyclopentanone was carried out with ultrafine NiB amorphous in various solutions. It was found that in ethyl alcohol solution and atmospheric pressure, the hydrogenation reaction is first order with respect to 2-butylenecyclopentanone, under 80 ℃, the k and activation energy are 4.2 × 10^-3 min^-1 and 19.0 kJ/mol respectively.
