本文针对我国钢管行业使用热轧穿孔顶头的状况,提出延长热轧顶头使用寿命的措施:优化热轧顶头形状尺寸及冷却条件,优化热轧顶头热处理工艺,改进热轧顶头材料。起到了良好的效果。

In view of using hot piercing plug in our country＇s steel pipe profession, this article proposes the measurement of how to increase the service life of hot plug： optimizes the hot plug shape size and the cooling conditions, optimizes the heat treatment craft of hot plug, improves the material of the hot plug.
