摘要
研究了超高纯试剂无水乙醇中痕量铁的石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定法。制定了石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定痕量铁的分析程序,试样经挥发浓缩,采用标准曲线法测定。还确定了仪器最佳工作条件,原子化条件,回收试验及实测样品等。该方法结果准确、稳定,RSD<1%,在线性范围内,相关性系数r=0.99950。获得了较满意的结果。
The analytical condition for iron in super atomic absorption spectrophotometer was studied in this - pure chemical reagents absolut alcoho with TAS-990G paper. In order to determine microamount iron in the super - pure chemical reagents absolute alcohol, the concentration impurity in sample was adopted by means of evaporation and the standard curve method obtained the satisfactory results. By means of this method, the contamination can be diminished in analytical process. This method consists in high precision, good repetition of analytical result, satisfied linearity relation and reclaim rate. The satisfactory results were obtained.
