目的确定牛蒡子提取液的澄清工艺。方法对4种澄清方法进行比较。结果4种方法均可以使提取液澄清。结论壳聚糖澄清法和ZTC澄清法具备可行性。

OBJECTIVE To determine method to defecate the extract of Arctium lappa L. METHODS To compare the 4 technologies which would defecate the extract of Arctium lappa L. RESULTS All 4 technologies can defecate the extract of Arctium lappa L.. CONCLUSION The technology which use chitosan or ZTC clarifier to defecate the extract of Arctium lappa L. have feasibility.
