摘要
目的制备美洛昔康栓剂及质量控制。方法以S-40和PEG-400为基质,热熔法制备栓剂。结果栓剂稳定性良好。结论该制剂制备工艺可行,性质稳定,质控方法简单可靠。
OBJECTIVE To prepare Meloxicam Suppository and control the quality. METHODS S-40 and PEG-400 was used as excipient to prepare Suppository by hot-melt method. RESULTS TheSuppository was stable. CONCLUSION The Suppository can be prepared feasibly. The quality of the Suppository can be controlled easily.
