顶空气相色谱法测定酮亮氨酸钙中6种有机溶剂残留量

Determination of Contents of Six Residual Organic Solventin α-Ketoleucine Calcium by Gas Chromatography

目的测定酮亮氨酸钙中甲醇,丙酮,异丁醛(IBA),2甲-基异丁醛,异丁基甲基酮(M IBK)及苯甲醛含量。方法顶空气相色谱法,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),以甲苯为溶剂,外标法,采用30m×0.32mm涂布厚度5μm的DB-5毛细管柱。结果3批样品中的6种有机残留均符合规定。结论方法灵敏,简便,精确,重现性好,可很好地控制本品有机溶剂残留量。

OBJECTIVE To determinate the contents oi restdual orgamc solvent. methanol. isobutanal, 2-Methylbutyraldehyde, Methyl-iso-butyl ketone, benzaldehyde in Tongbenbing＇ansuangai by Gas Chromatography. METHODS GC/FID. The concentration of residual organic solvent was quantified by external standard method. Toluene was used as solvent. RESULTS The contents of six residual volatile organic solvent in three bathes of samples were complied with the specification requirements. CONCLUSIONS The method was proved to be sensitive,simple,rapid,precise and reproducible. It can be a quality control standard for the contents of residual organic solvent of the tested sample.
