分光光度法测定阿奇霉素分散片的含量

Determination of the Content of Azithromycin dispersible tablets by Spectrophotometry

目的 建立分光光度法测定阿奇霉素分散片中阿奇霉素的含量。方法 采用pH6．0的磷酸盐缓冲液作为溶剂，加入75％硫酸溶液混合，放冷至室温后测量；检测波长为482nm。结果 阿奇霉素浓度线性范围是20～80μg·mL^-1，r=0．9936（n=5）。结论 本法简便、快速、准确，可作为该制剂质量控制的快速测定方法。
