摘要
目的 建立分光光度法测定阿奇霉素分散片中阿奇霉素的含量。方法 采用pH6.0的磷酸盐缓冲液作为溶剂,加入75%硫酸溶液混合,放冷至室温后测量;检测波长为482nm。结果 阿奇霉素浓度线性范围是20~80μg·mL^-1,r=0.9936(n=5)。结论 本法简便、快速、准确,可作为该制剂质量控制的快速测定方法。
OBJECTIVE A spectrophotometry method for determination of the azithromycin dispersible tablets's content was establishedMETHODS Using phosphate buffer (pH6.0)as solvent, 75% sulfuric acid as color reagents at detection wavelength of 482nm. RESULTS The linear in range was 20-80μg · mL^-1,r = 0. 9936 (n = 5)CONCLUSION A simple accurate and speedy spectrophotometry method to determine azithromycin dispersible tablets's content was established.
