Determination of the Inosine by Titrimetric Method of Periodic Acid

目的建立高碘酸滴定法测定肌苷的含量。方法用高碘酸滴定法测定肌苷的含量并与紫外分光光度法作对比。结果高碘酸滴定法作肌苷含量测定,方法简便快捷,终点变色灵敏,测定结果准确可靠。结论分析结果准确,重现性好,更有效地测定肌苷的含量,不受仪器设备条件限制。使肌苷的含量测定在容量分析中占有一位置。

OBJECTIVE To establish titrimetric method of periodic acid to determine contents of Inosine. METHODS Compare the assaying content of Inosine by using titrimetric method of periodic acid with spectrophotometric method. RESULTS Using titrimetric method of periodic acid is a shortcut and convenient method. The end-point of allochroism is sensitiveness. The consequence of determination is accuratissime and safety. CONCLUSION The analytic result is accurate and reproducibe, can efficaciously determine Inosine contents.
