摘要
供应链绩效评价是供应链管理的重要组成部分。从实用的角度出发,根据供应链绩效评价的内涵特点和驱动要素,建立基于SCOR模型和平衡记分法的供应链绩效评价指标体系,详细论述了供应链绩效评价系统的应用,指出这是我国企业在转变管理模式增强竞争力过程中亟须借鉴的管理思想和方法。
Performance evaluation of supply chain is an important part of supply chain management, According to the meaning characteristics and driving factors, from the view of practicality, this paper establishes two performance evaluation index systems of supply chain based on the SCOR model and the balanced scorecard, discusses the application of the systems, and finally, proposes that both systems are the management idea and method to enhance the enterprises＇ ability of competition during the transition of management mode.
