摘要
本研究运用正交试验的方法,对生物钙法好氧污泥颗粒化的可行性和条件进行研究。在试验过程中,有少量污泥颗粒产生。试验结果表明,生物钙法好氧污泥颗粒化条件的最优水平组合为:水力停留时间(HRT)6h,人工诱导剂Ca(OH)_2浓度500mg/L,间歇投碱(少量Na_2CO_3)。其中,水力停留时间为关键控制因素。
The feasibility and conditions of aerobic sludge granulation in biological calcium process are studied by crossed experiments. Small amount of sludge granules were produced in the courses of the experiments and it is concluded that the best conditions for aerobic sludge granulation in biological calcium process are HRT (hydraulic retention time) = 6 hours (this is crux), concentration of artificial inductors Ca(OH)2 = 500mg/l with occasional basicity adjustments (small dosage of Na2CO3).
