对以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症的临床研究

Study of Treatment of Schizophrenia with Predominantly Negative Symptoms

目的探讨中西医结合治疗以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。方法选择120例以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,疗程12周。于治疗前及治疗后用阴性症状量表(SANS),简明精神病症状量表(BPRS)评定临床疗效,用不良反应量表(TESS)评定药物不良反应。结果治疗组有效率为78.3%,对照组为36.7%,两组间有极显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗组治疗后阴性症状量表(SANS)、简明精神病症状量表(BPRS)总分与治疗前比较差异有极显著性(P<0.01),治疗组治疗后SANS、BPRS总分与治疗前比较差异有极显著性(P<0.01),且中西医结合治疗的副反应少而轻,差异有极显著性。结论中西结合治疗对以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症有肯定疗效,且安全性高。

Objective To explore the clinial efficacy and side effects of integrative traditional Chinese and Westen medical treatment in the treatment of schizophrenia with predominantly negative symptoms. Methods 120 schizophrenic patients with predominantly negative symptoms were randomly divided into treatment group and control group for 12 weeks. The clinical efficacy and side effects were evaluated with SANS,BPRS and TESS before and after treatment respectively. Results Effectual rates of treatment and control groups were 78.3% and 36.7% respectively which showed significant difference（ P 〈0.01 ）. After treatment,the total scores of SANS and BPRS were significantly decreased in treatment group（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Integrative traditional Chinese and westen medical treatment had fewer side effects,and both the differences were significant（ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion Integrative tradional Chinese and westen medical treatment is an effective and safe antipsychotics in the treatment of schizophrenia with predominantly negative symptolns.
