机械通气在重度哮喘中的应用

Application of Mechanical Ventilation at Severe Asthma

目的观察机械通气在中、重度哮喘发作中的作用。方法选择中、重度哮喘患者20例,在常规治疗基础上辅助机械通气,采用自身对照观察症状控制情况。结果20例中、重度哮喘患者经机械通气治疗后18例顺利脱机,2例死亡。结论机械通气疗法能迅速缓解危重哮喘发作临床症状,具有临床抢救意义。

Objective To observe the function of mechanical ventilation in moderate, severe asthma. Methods To choose 20 cases moderate, severe asthma sufferers. On the foundation of conventional therapy, assistance mechanical ventilation, adopting own control to observe circumstance of symptom control. Results 18 cases were off - line successfully, 2 cases died. Conclusion Mechanical ventilation can alleviate clinical symptom quickly, improving ventilation, having the clinic rescue significance on the treatment of very serious patients with asthmatic attack.
