摘要
贴片机各结合部参数对贴片机的动力学性能影响显著。基于现有贴片机结构建立了贴片机结合部的动力学模型与有限元模型,按不同接合部刚度分三种情况进行了装配体的模态分析。仿真结果表明,随着结合部刚度的增加,结合部固频在一定范围内增加,而零件本身的模态固频基本保持不变。
The joint parameters of the placement machine impact on the dynamical performance greatly. Based on the structure of the placement machine, the dynamical model and the FEM model is established for the joins. The modal analysis of the assembly is carried on in three cases where the join stiffness is variable. The simulation results show that the natural frequency of the joins increases with the stiffness increases and the part frequency remains unchanged.
