某酒店采用普通钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构,由于使用功能发生变化,相应使用荷载及建筑空间均发生较大变化。主要改变有:在屋面增设冷却塔;增设食梯;周边增设环廊通往消防楼梯,以满足建筑消防要求。这些改变除楼面使用荷载增加外,还涉及到楼板开洞加固,剪力墙开洞加固,新加结构梁板等。根据加固改造部位的实际情况及要求分别采用了湿式外包钢加固法加固柱,外部粘钢板法加固梁,粘贴碳纤维布和钢板条的混合法加固楼板。对楼板、剪力墙开洞,新加结构梁板等介绍了具体的改造方案和施工措施。经过几年来的使用,工程应用情况良好,说明选择的加固方案是合理的,满足安全性、施工方便、经济性等各方面的要求。
