高校女职工维权工作初探

A Preli minary Exploration on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of the Female Staff and Workers in Universities and Colleges

高校女职工是高校教学、科研、管理、后勤服务工作中不可缺少的一支重要力量。在新时期,如何最大限度地调动广大女职工的主动性、积极性和创造性,维护和保证女职工的合法权益不受侵害,树立参政议政的意识,是新时期女工工作面临的新课题。

The female staff and workers is an essential group in universities and colleges. They play important roles in teaching, scientific research, management and rear--service. This paper indicates that in the new era, the Women Commision of the Labor Union in universities and colleges is facing several ehanllenges such as： how to arouse and make full use of initiativeness, activeness and creativeness of the female staff and workers, how to protect and guarantee their legal rights and interests and how to cultivate their awareness of participating in politics and commenting on political affairs.
