摘要
对高校教师的工作满意度内涵界定基础上,系统分析了高校教师工作满意度的影响因素,结合激励理论阐述了提高高校教师工作满意度的激励策略。
In this paper we reviewed the definition of job satisfaction in the past research literatures, and analyzed the determi- nants that impact satisfaction of teacher lecturer's job. In the end, we clarified various motivation strategies which can help the improvement of satisfaction to teacher lecturer's job based the motivation theory.
