新形势下高校学生辅导员队伍建设的理性思考

The Reasonable Consideration about the Consideration of Instructor in High School Under New Situation

高校学生辅导员是学生思想政治教育工作的组织实施者,又是学生日常管理的直接执行者,新形势下,加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作有赖于建设一支高素质的学生辅导员队伍。目前高校学生辅导员队伍建设中,由于数量不足、专心不够、素质不佳、机制不全,存在“缺位”、“虚位”、“错位”、“无位”等现象。加强高校学生辅导员队伍建设要统一思想、提高认识,加强培训、提高素质,完善制度,科学流动,专业化、职业化是加强辅导员队伍建设的方向。

Instructors are executants of students＂ daily management as well as executants of students＂ political work. Under new situation, improvement of students＂ political work rely on constructing a high quality instructor team. There are some phenomena such as ＂lacking seat＂, ＂empty seat＂, ＂wrong seat＂, and ＂no seat＂in construction of instructor team because of not enough quantity, divided attention, bad quality , unperfect system , we must unite thought, improve training quality, perfect system and make the instructor team professional in order to strengthen the construction of instructor team in high school.
