Some Thoughts on Professionalization of Career Advisors in Higher Learning Institutions

实现就业指导教师队伍专业化,是发挥就业指导工作的作用,促使毕业生顺利就业的关键。本文分析了我国高校就业指导与就业指导教师的现状,以及制约高校就业指导教师专业化的因素,提出实现就业指导教师专业化的途径。

Making good advantage of career advising to promote the successful finding of jobs is the key to realize the professinalization of career advisors. The thesis analyzes career advising in higher learning institutions and the present situation of career advisors and the factors which constrain the professionalization of career advisors in higher learning institutions and proposes the ways to realize the professionalization of career advisors.
