摘要 多楔带单根磨削机在调试时,存在步进电机只有正转不能反转的问题。在排除了步进电机驱动器、高速脉冲输出模块等硬件上的问题后,将高速脉冲输出模块设置成单脉冲控制方式,步进电机即可实现正、反转运行;如果程序中磨削进给量的分配是固定不变的,会产生磨削质量达不到要求,磨削效率低等问题。设计中采用磨削进给量和间隔时间都是变化的方法,可在保证产品质量的前提下提高生产效率。 During the preliminary test, single -belt buffering machine for poly V -belt can only turn in the right direction, but can not be reversed. After wiping out the possible problems with stepper motors driver and speed pulse outputs module, stepper motor can turn in both directions if speed pulse outputs module is designed as single pulse output's module. If the distribution of buffering feeding quantity is unchangable in the program, problems will arise such as poor buffering qualities and low buffering efficiency. Both buffering qualities and buffeting efficiency can be guaranteed by changing buffering feeding quantity and its intervals in the designs.
