近几年来,俄罗斯加大查禁“灰色清关”的力度,使中国商人遭受较大损失,同时这也反映了中俄民间贸易存在的诸多问题,亟待中国政府与俄罗斯政府协商以及中国企业市场开拓观念与策略的相应转变也需加强。

In recent years, Russia has made greater efforts to ban ＂Grey Customs Clearance＂, thus Chinese businessmen have suffered great loss. At the same time, it is urgent for the Chinese government to strengthen the negotiation and cooperation on the problems in Sino- Russian nongovernmental trade with Russian government and the changes of the idea of market development and strategy of Chinese enterprises.
