摘要
企业效绩评价,是指运用数理统计和运筹学原理,采用特定的指标体系,对照统一的标准,按照一定的程序,通过定量定性对比分析,对企业一定经营期间的经营效益和经营者业绩作出客观、公正和准确的综合评判。企业效绩评价已经成为一种比较成熟的监管手段,在促进企业改善经营管理、提高经济效益方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。
The evaluation of enterprises' effeciency, which refers to the managing thesis used the mathematical statistics and operations research, as well as the specific target system, according to the agreed standard, under some percific order, through the quantitative and qualitative analysis, on the bussiness benefit and efficiency of operator's in a specific operating period, is an objective fair correct and comprehensive justification. The evaluation of efficiency has become a relatively mature managing method. It plays an important role in promoting management and increasing economic benefit.
