摘要
以苯酚为封端剂,甲苯为溶剂对六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)进行了封端反应.考察了在不同温度下异氰酸根浓度(—NCO%)随时间变化的情况,并进行了动力学分析,计算出不同温度下的反应动力学常数.结果表明:该封端反应的反应级数为二级,反应的活化能Ea=124.77 KJ.mol-1,温度对反应速率有显著的影响.
The blocking reaction between Phenol and Hexa-diisocyanate with toluene as solvent has been studied. The effects of temperature on the reaction rate were investigated. The reaction rate constant at different temperature were calculated, and the kinetics of the reaction was analyzed. The results show that the reaction is a second order, and activation energy is: Ea= 124.77 KJ·mol^-1. The temperature influence the rate of the reaction obviously.
