以高校创新团队的建设与管理入手,组建高层次人才门户网站,通过虚拟中心实现对创新团队的管理与监督,探索适应新时期高层次人才培养的运行机制和评价体系,使高校创新团队在师资队伍和学科建设中真正发挥作用,为学校的进一步发展奠定有力的人才基础.
The gateway website of high-level talented people was set up for the construction and management of the innovation team in Zhejiang University of Technology and their management and surveillance was realized through hypothe sized centre. The training operational mechanism and the appraisal system of the high-level-talented people were explored in order to make them fulfill a good function in the faculty and the dicsipline construction and lay a powerful human resource foundation for the further development.
