Research on Simulation of Soft Switching Circuit of Booster Power Supply

摘要 介绍了一种新颖ZCT推挽正激软开关升压电源主电路,对该主电路工作原理进行了详细分析,并对辅助谐振电路参数进行公式推导。利用MATLAB/SIMULINK软件搭建了仿真模型,优化了主电路参数,记录了电路关键参数波形图。通过电路仿真验证了该电路工作原理分析的正确性,同时为ZCT推挽正激软开关升厍审源的研制蕈审了理论基础。首次据出了坦克炮控系统软开关技术。 This paper demonstrates a novel ZCT push-pull forward boosting power supply's main circuit. It analyzes the main circuit's principle and calculates the auxiliary circuit's parameters. The simulating module is made by MATLAB/SIMULINK. The main circuit's parameters are optimized by simulating. The key waves are demonstrated. Meanwhile, the truth of circuit analyzing is verified by simulating. It also paves the way for manufacturing the ZCT push-pull forward boosting power supply. Tank gun control system soft switching technique is first introduced.
