摘要
研究了装甲车辆电气设备故障的智能诊断,设计了基于BP网络的故障智能诊断系统。采用C8051F040单片机完成数据的采集和预处理,上位机应用C++builder和MATLAB的混合编程完成故障利用BP网络的诊断过程。研究结果表明,提高了设备故障诊断的准确度,实现了装甲车辆电气系统故障诊断的自动化、智能化。
Studies the fault intelligent diagnosis in armored vehicle electrical equipment, design the fault intelligent diagnosis system of the BP neural network. Using C8051F040 to complete the data gathering and the pretreatment. Industrial computer using C + + builder and the MATLAB mix programming to complete the BP network the diagnosis process. The research indicated: enhanced the equipment fault diagnosis accuracy, realized the armored vehicle electrical system fault diagnosis automation, intellectualization.
