论我国企业社会责任及其履践

On the Social Responsibility of Chinese Enterprises

企业社会责任是国际的时代话题,可我国企业社会责任的落实情况不容乐观,主要表现在缺乏公正的价值判断标准、政府监管缺失和体制滞后等方面;为此,目前,我国应着重采取六项履践措施。

The social responsibility of enterprises is a hot topic across the world. However, Chi nese enterprises have taken on little social responsibilities.There are three problems： lack of fair stan dards of value evaluation, lack of government administration and backward system. Six measures shoule be taken to improve the situation.
