摘要
采用文献研究、问卷调查、专家访谈等方法,从我国田径运动后备人才培养现状出发,找出现阶段我国田径运动后备人才匮乏,输送、选拔渠道不畅,人才流失等问题进行研究,提出相应的对策和建议。
This study points out some problems, eg, reserve talented players of track and field are deficient, and the channels of transportation and selection are impeded, and the brain drains from the angle of present situation of cultivation through documentary, questionnair and expert interviews. It proposes the corresponding countermeasures and suggestion.
