摘要
大多数国有企业面临着人才“引不来、留不住”的尴尬局面,人才流失极为严重,已影响到国有企业未来发展。其原因有社会、组织、个人等多方面的因素。应用企业发展吸引人,用培训机会吸引人,用职业发展吸引人,用公平的激励机制吸引人,用情感吸引人,用企业文化吸引人。
Most of state - owned enterprises face embarrassed situation of "difficulty in attracting talents and keeping talents". Talent erosion is serious, which affects the development of state - owned enterprises. There are many affecting factors such as society, organization and individuals. The countermeasures are to use enterprise development to attract talents, to use training opportunity to attract talents, to use professional development to attract talents, to use fair incentive mechanism to attract talents, to use feelings to attract talents and to use enterprise culture to attract talents.
