摘要
宝钢5 m厚板轧机材料跟踪系统电气设备及软件程序全套由德国西门子提供。文章分析了该系统的构成和原理,对板坯/钢板的注册、注销和跟踪同步进行了深入的研究,并针对该套系统在现场应用中的缺陷和易发的问题,进行了分析和改进。经过一系列的改进后,基本杜绝了由于跟踪出错所引起的故障停机,系统功能及精度得到了大幅提高,为控轧控冷和多块钢交叉轧制等复杂条件下的材料跟踪提供了有力保证。
Electrical equipments and software programs for the material tracking system for Baosteel' s 5m heavy plate mill were provided by Siemens. The system ' s constitution and principle are analyzed in the paper. And the booking in and booking out of the slab / plate and tracking synchronization are investigated. Problems, including the system' s defects, that would happen on the site are analyzed and solved. After a series of improvement, the failure and shut down caused by the tracking fault will be ended basically. The system' s functions and precision have been improved by a big margin, which would guarantee the smooth material tracking for complicated controlled rolling and cooling and multi plate rolling.
