摘要
介绍了在宝钢分公司厚板厂产线上开发成功的大型原油储罐用B610E(08MnN iVR)高强度钢板的成分和性能特点、生产工艺,列举了典型厚度钢板的实物性能,试验和分析了其大热输入焊接的适应性。研究结果表明,宝钢分公司厚板厂产线工业批量生产的B610E(08MnN iVR)钢板性能稳定,完全满足10万m3大型原油储罐用大热输入焊接高强度钢板技术要求,已成功地用于建造10万m3原油浮顶储罐。
Chemical compositions, mechanical properties and production process of B610E (08MnNiVR) steel plate developed and manufactured by the Heavy Plate Mill, Baosteel Branch, are introduced. Properties of the practical industrial B610E steel plate with typical thickness are taken as examples and adaptability of high welding heat input of B610E steel plate is tested and analyzed. The results show that properties of the industrial mass-produced B610E (08MnNiVR) plates by the Heavy Hate Mill, Baosteel Branch, are stable and homogeneous, and can satisfy the technical requirements for the high heat input and high strength steel plate for large oil storage tanks. The B610E (08MnNiVR) has been applied to the construction of the 100 thousand m^3 floating roof oil storage tank.
