摘要
根据宝钢分公司三热轧的产品在热态屈服强度最高达到700 MPa、最低卷取温度为200℃以下的要求,尤其是根据极限产品规格来选取卷取机组。通过对卷取机组夹送辊的夹紧力的分析和计算,夹送辊电机的最大负载力矩和过载力矩以及卷筒电机的过载力矩的分析和验算,表明三热轧卷取机组关键参数的选择是合理的,完全能够满足产品规格和生产工艺的要求。
A coiler unit is chosen on the basis of the requirement that the highest hot yielding strength of a prod- uct be up to 700 MPa and the lowest coiling temperature be under 200℃; in No. 3 Hot Strip Rolling Mill, especially, on the basis of the limited product specifications. Through analyzing, calculating and checking pinch rolls' pinching force, the pinch roll motors' maximum load torque and overload torque, and the mandrel motors' overload torque, results indicate that the key parameters chosen for coilers in No. 3 Hot Strip Rolling Mill are reasonable, and can meet the requirements of product specifications and production processes.
