壶腹周围癌内镜治疗新靶点——胰腺外分泌功能障碍

摘要 梗阻性黄疸、疼痛、十二指肠梗阻是目前晚期壶腹周围癌患者姑息治疗(内镜治疗)的主要靶点,胰管梗阻胰液流出不畅及继发胰腺纤维化导致的胰腺外分泌功能障碍多被忽视,胰腺外分泌功能障碍可能成为壶腹周围癌内镜治疗的另一重要靶点。 Obstructive jaundice, pain and duodenal obstruction is the main target of palliative treatment for periampullary cancer. Exocrine pancreatic insufficiency caused by mechanical obstruction of pancreatic duet and secondly pancreatic fibrosis have received little attention. Exocrine pancreatic insufficiency can he another important target of endoscopic therapy for periampullary cancer
