This paper tend to make a introduction of the molecular constitution and biological function of transforming growth factor betal,then combines transforming growth factor beta1 with the characteristic of immunological rejection of corneal transplantation and several cytokines, such as interleukin, cytotoxic T lymphocyte, dendritic cell, tumor necrosis factora and so on, so as to analyze the value of TGF beta1 after corneal transplantation.
