激光光凝联合中药治疗糖尿病黄斑水肿的临床研究

The clinical investigation of the union of 532nm laser and Chinese traditional medicine to treat diabetic macular edema

目的:观察532nm激光光凝联合中药治疗糖尿病黄斑水肿的效果。方法:根据眼底荧光素血管造影选择糖尿病黄斑水肿患者51例97眼,并随机分为观察组与对照组。二组患者均采用黄斑区改良格栅样光凝治疗,观察组光凝后同时给予中药治疗。结果:二组患者3mo后行视力及眼底血管造影检查,对治疗前后视力及黄斑水肿情况进行比较,对照组视力提高与黄斑水肿消退总有效率分别为54%与69%;观察组视力提高与黄斑水肿消退总有效率分别为82%与90%。经统计学处理,应用卡方检验,P<0.05,观察组视力提高及黄斑水肿消退情况明显优于对照组。结论:532nm激光联合中药治疗糖尿病黄斑水肿是一种有效的方法。

AIM： To observe the clinical effect of the union of 532nm laser and Chinese Traditional Medicine to treat diabetic macular edema. METHODS： According to the fundus fluorescein angiography chose 51 patients, 97 eyes with diabetic macular edema, and stochastically divided them into the observation group and control group. Both of these two groups received the treatment of the improve macular zone grid photocoagulation. After that, the observation group was given the Chinese Traditional Medicine treatment. RESULTS： Three months later, the vision and the fundus fluorescein angiography of the two groups were checked, by comparing the situation of the vision and macular edema after the treatment and the situation before the treatment. The total effectiveness of the vision enhancement and macular edema retrogression of the comparison group were 54% and 69%, while the observation group was 82% and 90%. After statistics procassing, application x^2 examination,P〈0.05.It was obvious that the observation group was prior to the comparison group in the situation of the vision enhancement and macular edema retrogression. CONCLUSION： It is an effective treatment to treat the diabetic macular edema by means of the union treatment of the 532nm laser and Chinese Traditional Medicine.
