摘要
目的:探讨不同化疗药物浓度、作用时间及联合应用得力生对胰腺癌细胞株JF305生长抑制作用的影响。方法:单独或联合使用不同浓度的四种化疗药物:5-氟尿嘧啶、丝裂霉素、顺铂、表阿霉素以及中药得力生分别作用24h、48h、72h后,用MTT比色法检测药物对胰腺癌细胞株的生长抑制作用,并对计算出的每组细胞生长抑制率行方差分析。结果:无论是单用药还是联合用药细胞株的生长抑制率随着药物浓度的增加和作用时间的延长而显著上升(浓度F=14309,P<0.001;时间F=11726,P<0.001)。得力生联合化疗药物用药较化疗药物联合用药对胰腺癌细胞生长抑制率相比差异有显著性意义(F=6524,P<0.001)。结论:通过提高化疗药物局部浓度及延长药物作用时间并联合中药得力生治疗,可能提高胰腺癌的化疗疗效,并减少毒副作用的发生。
Objective:To study the growth inhibitory effect of chemotherapeutic drugs combined with Delisheng on the pancreatic cancer cell line - JF305. Methods: Four chemotherapeutic drugs including 5 - fluorouracil, epirubicin, mitomycin or cisplatin and Delisheng, were singly or combined used with varied concentration and exposed time (24,48,72h). Then the growth inhibitory effect of pancreatic cancer cell line SF305 was assayed by MTT. Results: The growth rate increase with the concentration of drug and/or the of exposed time( Concentration F = 14309, P 〈0. 001 ;Time F = 11726, P 〈0.001 ). There was a significant between Delisheng combined with chemotherapeutic drugs and chemotherpeutic drugs( F =6524, P 〈0. 001 ). Conclusion: The chemotherapeutic efficiency of pancreatic carcinoma could be improved by increment of the local drug concentration and prolongation of the exposed time and combined with Chinese traditional medicine Delisheng.
