高强度聚焦超声治疗门脉癌栓的初步临床观察

目的:探讨高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗肝癌门脉癌栓的临床疗效。方法:6例门脉癌栓行HIFU治疗,观察患者治疗前后的临床症状和影像学变化来评价HIFU的临床疗效。结果:6例患者门脉癌栓均缩小或消失。结论:HIFU是一种有效和安全的治疗门脉癌栓的方法,为临床治疗门脉癌栓提供了一种新的手段。

Objective.To study the efficacy of HIFU to treat embolization in portal vein. Methods： Eight patients with HCC complicated with embolization in portal vein underwent HIFU treatment. Evaluation of the efficacy was performed on clinical symptoms and image changing before and after HIFU . Results： The embolization in portal vein have disappeared or became smaller in all patients after HIFU . Conclusion： HIFU for treatment of embolization in portal vein is a safe and effective therapeutic method . It is a new technique for clinical treatment of embolization in portal vein.
