心肌缺血/再灌注损伤的内源性保护机制研究进展 被引量:29

摘要 缺血预适应是目前治疗缺血/再灌注损伤最为有效方法之一,其机制是通过调动机体内源性保护体系而发挥作用。但由于缺血预适应在临床难以实施,随之出现了药物预适应,它可分为受体和非受体依赖2种,是心肌缺血/再灌注损伤治疗研究热点。 Currently ischemic preconditioning is one of the most efficacious ways to treat ischemia reperfusion via triggering endogenously protective system. However, pharmacologic preconditioning has been produced due to the difficulty of performing ischemia precondiioning. Pharmacologic preconditioning, including both receptors and non-receptors, is actively investigated for the treatment of ischemia reperfusion.
