p38信号通路激活与肾小球硬化的研究进展

摘要 肾小球硬化是各种肾小球疾病发展的最终结局,是慢性。肾小球肾炎进展的主要原因。细胞内信号通路在肾小球硬化中的作用是目前研究的热点。MAPK(有丝分裂原激活的蛋白激酶)是调节细胞内一系列病理、生理功能改变的重要信号通路,p38MAPK通路在炎症、应激、细胞周期、凋亡等多种细胞生理/病理过程发挥着重要的作用,本文综述如下。
