摘要
基于相场法理论,详细介绍了二元及三元合金体系的微观相场法动力学模型。指出了在微结构模拟研究方面,微观相场动力学模型具有的独特优越性:该模型可基于原子层面研究合金的沉淀机制;获得清晰、直观的原子显微形貌;描绘出合金的有序化、成分簇聚等过程,并能清晰地模拟出三元合金中原子的替代规律。同时,阐述了相场法在二元、三元合金微结构模拟研究中的应用和发展。
The microscopic phase-field model was detailed introduced, which was based on phase field theory in binary and ternary alloy system. The advantage of microscopic phase-field model was discussed in microstructure simulation investigation. Such as studying the precipitation regime based on the atomic level; directly attaining the atomic picture; describing the progress of the atom clustering and ordering, and simulating the atomic substitution . Besides, Phase field method which investigates the binary and ternary alloy microstructure was expounded.
