摘要
目的探讨前列腺素E1(PGE1)预处理对梗阻性黄疸大鼠创伤应激时肾损害的保护作用及其意义。方法用胆总管结扎法建立梗阻性黄疸鼠模型,股骨钳断法造成急性创伤应激,将大鼠随机分成3组,假手术对照组(A),胆总管结扎对照组(B),前列腺素E1预处理组(C)。特异放射免疫法测定肾静脉血ET-1、TXB2。结果B组ET-1,TXB2、BUN、Cr明显高于A组(P<0.05),C组TXB2、ET-1、BUN、Cr明显比B组低(P<0.01);ET-1含量的变化与Cr水平量波动呈正相关(r=0.6417、P=0.0008)。结论前列腺素E1预处理能够降低梗阻性黄疸鼠创伤应激肾脏TXA2、ET-1的水平,从而减轻肾损害。
Objective To study the effects of pretreatment with Prostaglandin E1 ( PGE1 ) under trauma stress condition on renal damage of obstructive jaundiced rats. Methods The model of obstructive jaundiced rats was established by using biliary duct ligation method. The rats were randomly divided into three groups: sham operation control group (group A), biliary duct ligation control group (group B), and Prostaglandin E1 pretreatment group (group C). The plasmic ET-1 and TXB2 were measured by using radioimmunoassay. Results The plasmic levels of ET-1 and TXB2 in rats of group B were significantly higher than those of group A ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Serum BUN and Cr in group B were higher than those of group A. The plasmic levels of ET-1, TXB2, BUN, and Cr in group C were decreased in group C than those of group B( P 〈0. 05). The plasmic level of ET-1 was positively correlated with the level of Cr ( r =0. 6417, P =0. 0008). Conclusion Pretreatment with PGE1 can lower the plasma ET-1 and TXA2 under trauma stress condition on renal damage of obstructive jaundiced rats, and can improve the renal function of rats.
