摘要
[目的]探讨臂肌挛缩症(GMC)患者臀肌的病理变化。[方法]对40例(80髋)GMC患者术中取出挛缩组织做HE染色、Masson染色、扫描电镜观察,30例正常人骨骼肌做对照。[结果]病变有不同程度的胶原沉积,成束或片状分布于肌纤维间,肌束间及血管周围,胶原的排列随着纤维化程度的加重而逐渐紊乱。[结论]GMC由胶原过度沉积引起,随着时间的延长逐渐加重。
[Objective] To explore the pathology of the gluteal muscle contracture syndrome. [Methods] Samples of contracture tissue of 40 cases (80 hip) of GMC patient treated by operation and skeletal muscles of normal individual were collected. Changes of tissues were studied with HE Stain, Masson stain and SEM technique. [Results] Collagen diposited in different degree and distributed among the muscle fibers, muscle bundles and around the blood vessels in bundles or patches. The alignment of collagen gradually disordered with the process of tissue fibrosis. [Conclusion] GMC might be due to the increase of collagen deposition. The alignment of collagen gradually disordered.
