摘要
目的:建立微电流刺激下纯钛-聚吡咯涂层表面成骨细胞的体外培养模型。方法:自行研制微量恒流直流电刺激仪,输出电流范围1~100μA,调节精度可达0.1μA。评价微量直流电刺激下,成骨细胞在纯钛-聚吡咯涂层表面的附着、铺展以及增殖能力。结果:所研制的微量恒流直流电刺激仪能够用于成骨细胞的体外培养。成骨细胞能够在微电流刺激下的纯钛-聚吡咯涂层表面附着、铺展以及增殖。结论:所研制的电刺激仪输出功率稳定,电流强度可控,能满足成骨细胞长期电刺激培养的需要。所建立的培养模型为进一步研究电流、聚吡咯涂层对成骨细胞的影响提供了技术平台。
AIM :To establish a culture model of osteoblast cultured on the PPy -coated titanium substrates ( Ti - PPy) stimulated by microcurrent. METHODS : A custom - build constant direct microcurrent stimulator with current intensity of 1 - 100μA and high accuracy of 0.1μA was developed. Cells attachment, spreading and prolifera- tion activity experiments were completed to evaluate the osteoblasts behavior on the Ti - PPy stimulated by the microcurrent stimulator. RESULTS: This microcurrent stimulator could be used in the culture model of the osteoblast in vitro. Osteoblasts could grow on Ti - PPy stimulated by the microcurrent stimulator, with good attachment, spreading and pro- liferation abilities. CONCLUSION: The stimulator is in stable output and with controllable current strength, which is sufficient to culture osteoblast. The culture model could be used to study the effects of electrical stimulation and PPy coating in vitro.
