摘要 目的:评价犬颈外动脉作为模拟颅内动脉支架置入动物模型的可行性。方法:犬颈外动脉造影于2004-01/06在北京宣武医院神经外科实验室进行,获得犬的颈外动脉血管造影X射线片16份。从广东省中医院脑血管病中心100多份缺血性脑血管患者的脑血管造影X射线片中随机抽取16份。根据血管造影结果,使用AutoCAD系统软件对犬颈外动脉虹吸部和人颈内动脉虹吸部的形态进行几何学参数测量和计算,随后应用SAS6.12统计分析软件进行t检验和单因素多元方差分析,并对两组血管造影像片血管形态进行比较。结果:①几何学参数比较:犬颈外动脉和人颈内动脉“U”型袢的高度/开口宽度比值、“U”型袢面积与内含三角形面积的比值和“U”型袢内含三角形2个指定夹角的比值比较差异不显著(0.86±0.21,0.88±0.21;1.38±0.18,1.39±0.07;1.28±0.33,1.23±0.36;P>0.05)。②犬的颈外动脉虹吸部形态和人的颈内动脉虹吸部形态相似,并且犬的颈外动脉虹吸部更加迂曲复杂。结论:犬的颈外动脉可以作为模拟颅内动脉支架置入的动物模型,也可为检验相关的解决支架通过迂曲血管的新技术以及深入研究提供实验平台。 AIM: To assess the feasibility of using external carotid artery of dog as an animal model that model human intracranial artery stenting. METHODS: Dog angiograpby was performed in Laboratory of Department of Neurosurgery, Xuanwu Hospital, Beijing from January to June 2004. Totally 16 dog X-angiogram of external carotid were obtained. Of the 100 Xangiogram of ischemic cerebrovascular patients from Cerebrovascular Disease Center, Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, 16 were randomly selected. Measurement and calculation of geometrical parameters were carried out according as dog and human angiograms with respect to vessel bend in siphon with AutoCAD software. Statistics analysis (t test and single factor variance analysis by statistics software SAS 6.12) about geometrical parameters and comparison of angiography were implemented subsequently. RESULTS:①Comparison of geometrical parameters: The differences of geometrical parameters about siphon such as ratio of "U" loop height/ opening wide, ratio of "U" loop area to internal triangle area and ratio of 2 angels of "U" loop internal triangle between dog external carotid artery and human intracranial internal carotid artery were not significant (0.86±0.21, 0.88±0.21 ; 1.38±0.18,1.39±0.07 ; 1.28±0.33,1.23±0.36 ;P 〉 0.05 ). ②Dog and human angiograms demonstrated that external carotid artery of dog approximated to human intracranial internal carotid artery in term of Vascular morphology as siphon, and the former had more tortuous siphon than the latter. CONCLUSION: External carotid artery of dog can be regarded as an animal model that model human intracranial artery stenting, as an experimental platform for further research and validating relevant new technique that solve how to navigate stent through tortuous vessel.
