激光乳化白内障术后黄斑区视网膜厚度的变化

摘要 目的观察掺钕钇铝石榴石(Nd:YAG)激光乳化白内障手术后黄斑区视网膜厚度的变化。方法在Nd:YAG激光乳化白内障手术前和术后1周,用光学相干断层成像术(OCT)测量64眼黄斑区视网膜神经上皮的厚度,用激光闪辉细胞仪测量房水的闪光值。结果在手术后1周,本组64眼中12眼黄斑厚度增加15μm以上,黄斑厚度异常组的房水闪光值高于黄斑厚度正常组。结论Nd:YAG激光乳化白内障手术后黄斑水肿和术后炎症反应有关。降低手术后前房的炎症反应,可能有助于减轻术后黄斑水肿的发生。 Objective To investigate the postoperative changes of macular thickness induced by laser photolysis. Methods Measurements of the thiekness of retinal neurosensory layer were done by optical coherence tomography,and anterior chamher flare were measured using a Kowa FC 2000 lair flare-cell meter preoperatively and 1 week postoperatively. Results The macular thickness was augmented more than 15 μm in 12 eyes, and the flare counts in the eyes with ahnnrmal OCT scanograms were significantly higher than thai in the eyes with normal OCT scanograms in I weel 'after surgery. Conclusions Postoperative macular edema was associated with the inflammatory reaction to Nd: YAG laser photolysis, The decrease of inflammatory reaction to surgery may minimize the occurrence of macular edema after cataract surgery,
